|Recommended: YesReview — The parking availability is absolutely horrible. We pay thousands of dollars and can’t even get a spot or even a spot by your building. The gym amenities need to be updated, they are old and some attachments are broken, also the cleanliness in the gym is poor, the treadmills are very dusty and the floor needs a good vacuum. There is one leasing officer who is very unpleasant and states has been there for a while and doesn’t know any answers to basic questions. The pool gate doors are both broken and I feel like if we pay this much they should be fixed. In addition it is very unmotivating to stay here when the rent goes up every year, you think you’d want to keep your current tenants happy to continue to renew with you instead of pushing them out.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place to Call Home — 22 Slate is a wonderful property. Staff, property and maintenance are so kind and always willing to answer questions or help out. My unit is spacious, full of natural light and pretty quiet The amenities are clean, well kept and accessible. The community events are so fun to have as an option and happen a few times per month. Underground parking is spacious and feels safe and secure. I highly recommend 22 Slate to anyone I know looking for an apartment.

Y cuando lo vimos dijimos ESTE ES, todo muy tranquilo y nos encanta y a pesar que todo era en Madison ya nos acostumbramos a este lado ya que en Sun Prairie tenemos todo, tenemos una excelente ubicación.

|Recommended: Yes22 slate — We’ve enjoyed living here and the location Our only complaint would be that often times when we’ve put in a maintenance request it says work was completed but either nothing was done, or the maintenance will come undone a couple days later. For example I put in a request to fix my bathroom drawer because it comes slightly off the hinges causing it to not close properly, this has been addressed 3 times and still doesn’t close properly. I also put in a request for my oven drawer and nothing was done even though it said maintenance was completed. Other than that it’s been great

|Recommended: No5 Star prices for 3 Star Living — Nothing wrong with the staff and the place is okay.
Pot smoke gets into my AC unit and pumps it into my kids' room and she hates happens more often then not.
Too many tenants that don't play well with others and are just to self-centered to live with others. They think they own the place. Whether its illegally parking or just leaving trash bags in the hallway for hours stinking up the hallways. Also had bad encounters with other tenants that are unhinged and delusional . Even had one accuse me of stalking her and i had to file a police report to have it in writing out of fear of being arrest on some false accusation. Seen them act very aggressive to staff in the pool area. For a minute i thought i was going to have to get out of the pool and protect the lady that works here cause when she left the pool the two women approached from both sides and it looked like they were going to jump her. Luckily they did not but it was touch and go for a few minutes .
Unhinged, emotionally unstable people should be evicted immediately. Insulting staff and just being so self-centered like they own the place should not be an acceptable behavior just to keep vacancy down.

|Recommended: YesParking is a battlefield — This has been an issue for over a year now and it’s been worse with the summer move ins. There’s basically just enough parking for everyone, however good luck parking anywhere near where your building is if you’re not back before 6pm. In winter it’s even harder since people don’t park correctly or don’t move their vehicles when they need to. The underground spot is already used for my roommate. I would love any solution to the parking issues, whether that’s doing buyouts of unused spaces underground per month, having visitors park on the street, limiting the amount of cars per apartment on the lot, etc. It frustrates me when I work odd hours some days and I have to walk across the entire complex to get to my building.
Otherwise it’s a nice place and enjoy living here.
